has anyone been on youtube videos run slow stop and go  is it youtube or my laptop any help on this thanks

Everything over there works fine for me.  Must be your laptop.  After booting up, go right over there.  Play a sample video.  If it plays normally, you're probably good to go.  If not, you probably have an issue with your laptop.
