Suggestion for polls

This is a suggestion; it is NOT a proposal for board rule.

Persons posting a poll should list the height, weight, and age of the opposing women.  Reputation for being nasty, a bitch, mean, or fitness fanatic will still influence the voters but including information on height and weight will provide at least a little objective reference data for the vote.

Cases in point: I doubt if many know the the relative sizes of Miley vs Ke$ha or Ke$sha vs Taylor Swift or Gisele vs Ana Burns.  The information provided for the Karolina Kurkova vs Michelle Hunziger poll is a great example of what I'm encouraging.

I get your point seeing the opponents height weight and age is really helpful especially when you don't really know much our or anything about one or both of the fighters.

How about also posting on the subject line that it is a poll and not a story.  Some of us are hoping to see a story but end up seeing a poll instead.

Such information is appreciated by me and helps if I don't know the women. I wouldn't say it is a must but it is very desired.

Pictures are also desired but not necessary when I don't know the women. What I do think IS necessary is that if people show pictures of the fighters they identify which is which. Not everyone knows who the fighters are and guessing whether they are in the order of the poll, etc. isn't always correct. People we may think are famous and known by everyone ofter aren't. For example I have no idea who the New Jersey housewives are.

Thanks for adding the bit about identification.  Your comment about the women not being famous to everyone is very true.

I agree with you , just like I HAVE to use Pics to show who my Wrestlers are in my Stories ( Gives it Life & a visualization as to who is who ) i think stats sometimes might help .

I also think Pics are helpful also , there are some who start polls , ? vs ? & I truly have the slightest clue as to who is who as sometimes Pics do speak a thousand words .

People are going to vote for those who know anyway , PERFECT EXAMPLE , Stacy Keibler , all everybody sees is her Long Legs & the poll is won when Stacy REALLY is nothing more than a long Legged Sexy Jobber , never won the WWE Ladies Title when pretty much every lady who wrestles in the WWE wins it at 1 time or another

thats ok but if thay are fighting as the character thay play that makes it hard to include detail info
