The taller girl would out reach and just start throwing the smaller girl around. The only way that the smaller girl could win would be to hurt the bigger girl's knee to slow her down and even up the match. In the past i have seen this happen before but not very often.

The tall girl is Amazon Eve and she's 6'8"! No doubt she could toss this little lady around any way she wanted. However, you can see from the photo that apart from her height her physique is very much that of a model rather than a muscle girl. There are plenty of much shorter women who could take her down.
