Hi,
Just wondering if anyone knew anything about this. Was reading a post on a wrestling site which talked about a private/ membership-only underground catfight club in the Midlands. The poster wrote about it in such a way that only "those in the know" knew it was taking place and where.
Now, does anyone know about this? Are these actually common occurences?

I am aware of one in NYC. I know a lady that participates on a regular basis. The setting is an apartment, the winner and loser get paid for fighting and the loser is sold off to someone in the audience for "whatever". These apparently are held every weekend....

The fights are classified as "apartment wrestling", but for the most part, anything goes except "face shots". My friend tells me that the fights get pretty wild....
As for getting in, its invite only, mostly men with lots of money I am told. Even knowing a participant I have never been able to get an invite.

I dont have a location nor is there any web site or publicity that I am aware of. My lady friend is pretty closed mouthed about this....she has been involved in it for several years now....and she is very careful about providing any details.
I wish I knew more...or could provide more details..but unfortunately...I am not "privy" to much more information than what I have already provided.

Thanks davetussle. I wish I had friends like your lady friend! She must have some interesting stories to tell, if she provided any details, of course.
Well, it's nice to know the Warren Buffets, Jamie Dimons and other captains of industry can get in to such a club. Too bad there isn't one for catfight enthusiasts of more modest means.

I know at least 2 in the city(N.Y.)..i fought in one last aug.,got me a nice shiner too,lol.... I did hear about,and was offered to fight at another place....it is discreet though,and yes..very ritzy,alot of big $$$, betting on the girls,and other things,from what this guy told me...i'm still thinking about it,the fights are very competitive,hard fought,sometimes brutal..nhb....that's the only thing making me hesitate,the nhb all out fights...idk yet,lol  I'll prolly fight in the same club where i got my shiner again soon,i want payback,lol..if that latina bitch is still fighting that is,lol..... xoxoxo joanne  |

At the risk of sounding really old and out of it, you mean to tell that there actually ARE underground clubs where people dress all fancy and bet big bucks on the outcome of an all-out fight? I thought that only existed in the Jean Claude Van Dam or Cynthia Rothrock movies. Shows you what I know.

I too have heard of these underground catfight clubs. I've never been inside one yet. However, on one occasion I did get close enough to take a photo of one from outside:  That was the funniest thing I've ever seen on a catfight forum.  |

I know of private fight houses around the New England states.Yes they are for real.I'm not called thbartender for nothing.T he three people you ask about private matters in a strange town are 1 cabbie's 2 bartender's 3bellhop's.I bought 2 fight vid's from a dude I know in Elezabeth N.J. in 2004,$300 bucks each.Both fights are violent,one is a start nicley dressed,heels,stockings,th works.Actually surprised me,lasted 22 + min.with winner haveing her way with loser,but not easily.Second fight is a f/f lez rape fight,also violent and started fully dressed,lasted 30+ min.The fellow I got these from said he could arrange for me to watch the fights/filming but it would be $150.He also said not to say anything about buying these 2 movies,so that led me to believe he probably stoll them.Yeh,those are the 3 people to ask.
