Yvonne Strahovski vs Sarah Lancaster

I do not want to underestimate Sarah here. She looks as if she has some powerful arms. However, I suppose that Yvonne Strahovski would finish her easily and within seconds. It has already been a challenge for me to fight a real opponent for Yvonne. I think there is no girl on the forum with whom my willingness to get in trouble is less pronounced than with her. She is extremely fit, in an amazingly good shape, has lots of power and is so incredibly flexible.This compared with her height (177cm) makes her already a dangerous opponent. Additionally, as we can see in chuck, she has some very good martial arts skills. We could see her doing some very high, strong and quick kicks in this series. This incredibly sexy girl is actually a perfect fighting machine and finding an opponent is quite hard.

I think the only celebrities having a small chance would be Amanda Righetti, Charlize Theron and maybe the Elizabeth Berkley as we saw in SHowgirls.

I suppose Amanda and Charlize would have a small chance due to their strength and fitness, however, their flexibility and martial arts skills seem to be somewhat inferior. The Elizabeth Berkley of the 90s might have also been a suitable opponent. In Showgirls we could see this dancer doing powerful and speedy kicks. She seemed to have lots of power and was very flexible and quick, so she might also pose a challenge for Yvonne. However I think her strength and martial arts skills (despite her dancing ability, which would surely make her learning martial arts easily) are not equal to those of Yvonne and so she would also lose, but maybe after a longer fight
