Had the situation of hostile tension at a music festival which Ryn described in her tweets escalated slightly more then the two women might well have ended up with their hands tearing at each other's hair, while spitting at each other and kicking each other's legs. At least Ryn seems the kind of girl who would challenge another female to a fight.
Ryn accused Katy of mocking and bullying her during the night of Ryn's gig onstage, and claimed that Katy only felt 'threatened by a new, younger upcoming artist'.
Katy seemed to be unperturbed by Ryn's allegations and replied with a cryptic tweet about Ryn's behaviour earlier on which, however, is not further elaborated upon.
Katy and Ryn had a high chance of challenging each other physically on the day they met at the open air festival and became enemies; instead, however, they subsequently had a spat on Twitter where Ryn completely demolished Katy verbally.
Did Katy not respond more aggressively to Ryn's social media attacks because she was afraid of Ryn's retaliations, cowering at the thought of Ryn being a possible threat to her career?
The fact is that Ryn destroyed Katy in the Twitter fight as Katy, for whatever reason, didn't dare to spit back at her rival with equally venomous posts - Ryn later deleted her tweets, but even so she left that battlefield victoriously.
Some say that Katy is clearly above Ryn and left that victory to her because she didn't even take her seriously and regards Ryn as to be treated like an immature brat.
The issue between them is still unresolved while Ryn occasionally mocks Katy during live broadcasts on a social media channel and Katy remains silent.
What will happen if these two women ever step into a ring to settle their differences in a no-rules catfight?
Would Katy avoid a confrontation with Ryn because Ryn is a better pop singer and Katy is afraid she couldn't win a competition with her - or is Ryn too pathetic as a pop music artist to be taken seriously enough by Katy?
