Need some help here. Barbara Bain had a Catfight scene on one of the episodes of Mission Impossible. It was short but intense. I have found it before on the Net but I am coming up empty this time. Does anyone recall the episode and year it was on? If you can you post it. It's a goody.

Don't remember the title of the episode, but I recall it well.  Her opponent was Mary Ann Mobley, former Miss America.  The premise of the mission was to break some scientist out of prison from somewhere behind the Iron Curtain, and the catfight was used as a means of distracting the guard.

BTW, I can picture the guard, but can't remember his name, as he went on to enjoy a successful acting career. 

Not much help, but I'll do some research.

Keano THANK YOU for finding this episode and posting. It brings back a lot of fond memories. I love how their shoes came off as they fought. A trait I still very much enjoy seeing when women fight to this day. lol

Good job finding this.  What I recall most is what a pain in the ass it was to try to edit this for my compilation tape.  The actual fight action is presented in very short snippets and is interrupted by long cutaways.  Didn't record very well.

Yes you have to slow down the fight clips to fully enjoy it.

I enjoyed seeing them in the truck afterwards laughing the fight off.  One of the better TV catfights and love those colorful period outfits.

This fight was one of the most frustrating experiences of my youth!  I saw the coming attractions, which showed there was going to be a fight and I waited a whole week to see it....7 days which felt like 7 years.  And then......it turns out it was a 2-parter, and the fight was at the end of the 2nd part and I had to wait another entire week.  Man, when I saw that "to be continued" I almost cried.  And in the end it wasn't that great after all.

I was 8 years old. It's like a 50th year reunion. lol It ran for a matter of seconds but molded my love of women fighting for a lifetime.

I also had remembered seeing that fight at the time of it's original showing.

MI was one of my favorite shows.  I watched it all the time.  And I was literally stunned when I saw this catfight.  Unbelievable that a catfight was going to happen on one of my favorite shows.
