best female tv catfights
« on: October 31, 2011, 02:37:29 PM »
It looks like Chuck will loading up on the catfights during it's last year. Already on board is Rebecca Romijn who plays a lethal cia torture specialist who claims in a interview that Yvonne Strahovski's character Sarah Walker will subjected to some torture tactics. When asked if she will facing Romijn 's character Ally Cummings in a catfight Strahovski smiled and replied that Sarah Walker doesn't win all her fights and that Romijn's character was her toughest foe yet. Considering that in the past Walker has been knocked out by Angie Harmon's character and by one of her cat squad teammates and routinely gets pummeled in a lot of her fights til she manages to win at the end it sounds like Sarah Walker may be going to dreamland couresty of Romijn's character Ally Cummings . Also rumoured to be quest starring as a  enemy agent with a score to settle with Walker is Kristianna Loken who is 5'11 and would be a great challenge to Sarah Walker. Chuck is starting to catch up to The Black Scorpion as the show with the most catfights thought Black Scorpion literally got knocked out in almost every one of her fights. The best one being Aerobocide one punch knock out .

As far as network television goes, the only competition Chuck has for catfights would be Alias.  The big difference is that Alias took itself too seriously, and the fights were played for the purposes of plot development.  Chuck clearly caters to the catfight fetish, and purposefully employs tactics to enhance the scene -- heels, hiked up skirts/dress/gowns, leg shows, boots, water.  They are masters.

I'm afraid I never watched much of Chuck.  I did see a catifght with Nicole Ritchie once, but was not real impressed.
That being said, when I read that Angie Harmon had been in a catfight on the show, I had to check for it on YouTube.

I like "Chuck" a lot.  I love catfights and I ADORE Sarah Walker, but why isn't this post under General Dicussion About Catfights (where it would be seen more)?  Administrators: can you move it?

I agree the Nicole Ritchie fight was one of the worst ever on the show.  Ritchie was o much smaller and wimpier than Sarah in real life that it couldn't be taken with a grain of salt - even though it was stated that Ritchie's character had a karate black belt.

What a great scene, thanks for posting.  Even in something so scripted, the fact that Yvonne is willing to do the job makes her even hotter.  I only wish there were a few more seconds in which she has to face her partner (& boyfriend?) after her thorough humiliation.

remember one of the first times I realized i had a catfight fetish was from an episode of Laverne and Shirley. think it was a Happy Days crossover, but the boys got abducted by some farm girls who were going to make them marry them. They had to free them by winning a "ho down showdown," basically just catfighting with ho down music. never did find it again, but remember watching it and thinking "huh... i will get off to this for years..."

Tomorrow's night's Chuck is episode where Yvonne Straholski's Sarah Walker faces Rebecca Romijn's Robin Cummings in a catfight showdown and according to internet reports Sarah Walker is knocked out pretty easily by Cummings. This would come as somewhat of a surprise as to the ease of the Walker knockout as she has been knocked out by other females notably Angie Harman's character before but the alleged swiftness of the knockout as it sounds like a one punch knockout after a squareoff . All of Walker's other fights have been longer bouts and even though she does get beaten up pretty good in those fights she usually managed to come back and win.Even stranger are the reports that Sarah is saved by Chuck's sister Ellie who has never had a catfight on Chuck. Though i've check and haven't been able to find the picture on the net reports say there is a photo of Romijn and Ellie facing off with Sarah Walker laying unconscious on the ground. This might be the last good catfight on Chuck as the reports of Kristianna Loken guest starring as vengeful agent seem to be unfounded.
