The second part, is a street fighter anime of course? What's its name? Is it a movie or episodes?

The clip is from Super Street Fighter IV OAV.

There's another very short fight at the end where Cammy gets beaten, then thrown out of a plane. (Which I will try to add next cftoon)

The animation was done very well by GONZO anime company.
The full thing runs about 35 minutes.
