The story takes place in the Summer of 2019. While on her trip to London Emma Stone decided to challenge Emma Watson to a live boxing match to finally decide which of them was a better fighter.
Round 1: Girls patient, arms up, circling around each other. Stone going in, spooking Watson with a couple of jabs, backing out. Watson finding herself near the ropes, Stone trying to use that to her advantage rushing towards Watson but get tangled up in the ropes. Watson quick to react, punishing Stone’s ribs then hooking of her nose. Stone gets out of ropes tries jabbing Watson but misses instead. Girls keeping distance, choosing their battles… Watson showing aggression jabbing with rights and lefts; Stone with her gloves stuck to her face leaves her belly open for Watson to deploy a hard hook. Stone gasping for air goes in for a clinch and pushes Watson away, deploying some hits to the stomach as well. Girls find themselves in the middle, neither backing out, whipping fists at one another face, both taking the punishment fearlessly. Watson landing more precisely ultimately hurting Stone’s ribs making her back out and catching her with another hook right of the eye. Stone stunned for a short while, absorbs another hook of the eye, responds with a couple of jabs. The referee rings the bell to end round one. Watson wins the round with Stone right behind her keeping the fight fairly close going into round two.
Round 2: Stone in charge at the start of round two, jabbing for Watson’s nose than sticking lefts and rights to her ribs, driving her to ropes. Watson not knowing whether to protect her face or body. Whenever she would protect one Stone would pick apart the other. Watson clinching, she manages to get off the ropes and stick some jabs to further damage Stone’s eye. Watson looking to punish Stone’s belly but she got out of range and quickly back in with an upper-cut sending Watson off balance then hooking from the left and the right as Watson’s lip starts to bleed. Stone starts another series of jabs, Watson dodging some but still takes a good deal of damage. Watson’s cheeks rosy red, nose, and lip bleeding at the two-minute mark of round two. She finds herself rope-side again and with nowhere to go she fires off a series of jab towards Stone who does the same. Not the result that Watson wanted as she takes four hits for each one she lands. Stone wins round two, making Watson lose confidence in the process.
Round 3: Stone still in charge, doing work on Watson’s ribs. Watson fighting back catching Stone with a few hooks of the check knocking her back. Stone stunned for a bit, but still gets to her senses quick enough to dodge Watson’s uppercut and responds with face-body hook combo. Stone pushing Watson to ropes, takes some hits in the process but ultimately gets Watson where she wants her and starts sticking lefts and rights to Watson’s belly and ribs. Girls separated by the referee. Watson took some damage; glove on her ribs as she limps slowly. Stone stalking her around the ring pumping jabs to the face then rushing to the body. Watson making mistakes, throwing slow punches easily countered by Stone taking more damage to the ribs. Not looking good for Watson as Stone takes the second round in a row by a landslide.
Round 4: Stone still in charge, walking Watson into the ropes from the start and going to work. Stone sending fists to Watson’s belly making her bend than issuing an uppercut to staggered Watson. Not much resistance from Watson, she’s taking the beating without protest. Stone not retreating, making sure Watson feels every punch. Watson’s legs start to crumble as she starts to slide off the ropes but Stone reaches under her arms making sure she stays up. Referee issues a break. Watson with barely on time to regroup with Stone on top of her again. Watson finds herself stuck to the ropes again and Stone continues the assault on her belly. Watson groaning; every time she looks like she wanted to hit the canvas Stone would make sure she stays up. Watson battered at the end of the forth as Stone looks to be determined for a knockout in round five.
Round 5: Pep talk from Watson’s corner, looks like she’s still trying to win despite being battered by Stone three rounds in a row. Watson staying defensive at the start of the round, not moving from the ropes while Stone continues her tactic of aggression. Stone practically lunging herself at Watson who barely dodges her but still manages. Stone looks like she’s lost track of Watson but gets a reminder with a hook to the ribs followed by an uppercut sending Stone to the corner. Watson spares no expense fighting fire with fire damaging Stone’s ribs as she did hers and upping the hurt on that eye. Stone seems to be perfectly stuck. Watson using that to full advantage not stopping the barrage of punches for a second, battering Stone everywhere she could. With a few seconds left on the clock, Watson finishes the round with some hooks going all across Stone’s face making her bleed all over her cleavage.
Round 6: Watson took Stone by storm in round five turning things around and rewarding her with a few cuts on her face. Stone more cautious going into the sixth but also unsure how to approach Watson now that she’s figured her out. While she’s busy making her mind up Watson wakes her up with a few jabs which she didn’t even see coming. Watson moves in with the same combo landing some more jabs of Stone’s face but the takes some this time around. Girls slow and steady circling around the ring not knowing whether to strike or not. Watson dancing around moving left and right, Stone unsure where she’s coming from until she does. By the time Stone raises her hands to protect her face Watson is already hurting her body. Girls back to circling but the time runs out before either one makes a more. A slow round won by Watson making Stone worry out of her mind.
Round 7: Watson got her second wind in rounds five and six meanwhile making Stone lose her mind. Stone expressionless, but deep down she’s worried to make a move so Watson does that for her. Watson moves in with a slow jab to get Stone to dodge it making her wobble and move right into a hook of the cheek followed by another one from the other side. Stone finds herself on the ground for the first knockdown of the night but gets up at four. Watson not taking any chances; she upping the hurt on Stone bombarding her with hooks from both sides making her knees buckle more with each hit. She knows Stone’s finished and she sends her to the ground with a stylish uppercut. She’s getting up from that. …9 …10 You’re out!
