Thanks to the great response to my friend, Katiex's, thread on best pins, I have started a thread on best submission holds. I get excited when one beautiful woman maneuvers her beautiful opponent into a torturous, punishing submission hold; finally forcing her to submit to her. Here is my  first submission hold; the cross-face chicken wing. OUCH! I am interested in what other fans like. Enjoy.

Thanks Carmen. That is a fantastic hold. I have watched and heard a few submissions using the romero ceiling hold. Here are a few more pics of it.

Canadian backbreaker.  Lets just say it is actually pretty painful and hard on your back.  I have had it done on me.
