I've admired the photos of this producer for quite some time and I wanted to order a couple of downloads and maybe 2 more full length products.  I prefer online downloads because it's easier but I'm running into a problem:  The link to her site shows a few downloads but if I want to access previous material it's not exactly  a clear navigation path.  I've seen numerous matches I'd wanted to purchase but now they're missing or simply not obvious or available via the site. In addition, i can't get your preview clips to play. I'm probably missing something but if any one of you can direct me to where I can purchase previous material or order downloads other than those listed as currently available, I'd be very interested.  If anyone from CH or Shy Renee productions sees this, please pm me with details.  I'd like to place on order on the 15th if that's possible.  Thanks!!

P.S.  Normally I'd just contact CH/SR through their website but there is no email address (that I could see) and the contact link insists on trying to set up the outlook wizard on my system.  If someone can share an email address for this producer it would be much appreciated.

this is the one thing I am not wild about when it comes to Renee's site/sites.....the set up just seems overly complicated. Getting from point a to point b really needn't be that difficult you know? Just my opinion of course but....the layout I think could be simpler to navigate than it is.

Hah!  Glad to know I'm not the only one experiencing difficulty locating this producer's product.  From the looks of things CH creates the genre of content I'd like to buy but I always want to see a clip just to be sure.  However, in this case some of their downloads are fairly inexpensive so I may have to settle for 2-3 downloads and forgo the full match until I can get a link to their older offerings.  The less than stellar navigation works spectacularly alongside the lack of an email address and an inappropo contact link (that tries to install outlook) to prevent me from finding and paying for Shy Renee's product. Let's hope I hear from someone soon.

I've been a member of Renee's site, great content..never had an issue with navigating

Not only have I had an issue with navigating but I've purchased 2 downloads but was only able to download the 1st clip.  I enjoyed it (5 min length) and will review it later but I thought I'd try my luck at downloading a 2nd longer clip and ran into major problems.  The link provided by CCBill (?) breaks and errs out.  I don't understand why there isn't a generic link that will let me access the product I purchased and download it.  I've contacted Shy and I'm sure she'll get back in touch...but it's very frustrating to go through this crap when I simply wanted to order download and watch FvsF media.  It shouldn't be this much of a pain in the ass. It would also help if we didn't have to dig 5 or 6 clicks in before seeing a link to the "Online Mega Store".  Why isn't that link on the very 1st page after verifying entry?

P.S.  Crisis resolved.   In the time it took me to post this and return to my email I had a receipt from CCBill with instructions to access their support line.  The guy on the other end resent a link so that I could begin the download process which seems to only work if I'm in IE...gotta love it when a plan for porn actually works out.
