Can someone refer me to a site that has good black vs black (African American or Caribbean) or Latina vs Latina catfights. im not looking for inter racial fights.

Sistafightflix.com has made some really nice catfights with some full bodied black girls, very energetic videos.  They post links in the producer's announcements forum.

It is usually a scenario of some type, but very well done.  Not unscripted on the street brawling, but not giggle and tickle stuff.  Very energetic fighting
