Its a football brawl. the fans of the opposite football teams tend to fight it out before the matches, so they wont dusrupt the match itself and get their favourite team troulbe at the football federation. There are several Spartak vs. CSKA girl fights on youtube, but if UBC and KB should stand for the clubs these girls support I just have no idea which teams this could be.
