Maybe try contacting the person who posted it on youtube? They might know or at least refer you to where they found it and work up from there..

Oh, Jesus!!  I found it!!  Thanks for noticing the German plate!!  I Googled images for "european oil wrestling".  The pool was very distinctive and was octagonal with a white bottom in it.  It's from a website called downloaddreams.com.  Here's a link to the video.  Thanks guys!!!!   ;D http://www.downloaddreams.com/mud-oilwrestling-iveta-vs-marketa-iveta-vs-lucie-p-708.html
