For me it is an idea of underground girl fight club where hot, but not to skilled girl, fight for money, pride or fun. I like to imagine girls having different reasons leading them to an underground ring. But once the fight start is becomes more then that. They start to hate they opponent and do anything to win.
Another fantasy of mine is two girls boxing and in a heat of the moment drop the gloves and make it a full catfight.
But what are your favorite and hottest settings?

Catfights on nightclub dance floors are one of my favourite places.
I like how the lights go on and the crowd sometimes encircle the fighters shouting.

I think that a great setting depends on the Fighter's.

I have always been into mature catfights, I think when a woman reaches 40 it's a great age for women to fight, but I love women in their 50's and 60's in catfights, so a scenario I've thought of would be on a cruise ship, as I think it's predominantly older couples, and on one of the formal nights when men and women can get all dressed up with the men in their tux, or suit, and the women in cocktail dresses and nylons. I guess the commonality I have is Structure. Someone or group is organizing the fight and running things. There may be real emotions behind the fight, but it allows for a wide variety of locations, rules, and the like. Sometimes, the opponents are forced to fight, other times, it's their idea and the 'host' just runs the venue.
Half my time speculating and preparing is just "how do people sign up for it/how does the villain gather women to fight?" logistics.
