Title: New Chat room

We created a new chat room called #TheArena for anyone who would like to have private or semi private matches. For anyone who wants to use it type /join #TheArena from the main chat room. or you can type /list and it will show on  the room list then click on it to enter.
Also anyone who wants to create there own private chat rooms can do so by typing /join #NameOfRoom so if i wanted to create a room called DevilsDen i would type /join #DevilsDen.

Also to be clear, fights in the main chat are still permitted and encouraged.
