I have been a little quiet on these boards as I have recently lost my grandfather.

Apologies if I haven't got back to anyone who has messaged me, but its been a rather difficult time.

I'm so sorry to hear this, lauren.  You will be in my thoughts and prayers.  But this is for fun.  RL always comes first.  There is no need for you to explain anything to anyone here.  Family is the most important thing in your life. 

Again, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Lauren, all my prayers 'n condolences to you 'n your family. Remember that we never really lose the ones we love. They stay with us always in our hearts 'n memories.

Laurie,

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Grand parents are an important part of a person's life. I lost mine in my teens. They were precious to me. If I may be so bold I think you will find a lot of supportive people on this board.

I hope your loss is lightened with pleasant memories of your Grand father.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss,, I know how hard it is to lose a grandparent or a parent i have lost my grandmother and mother.

Hi Lauren, sorry to hear about your grand dad.  It's always hard losing someone you love  wether its a sibling, parent, grandparent or anyone else for that matter.  Theres going to be tough times all I can say is hang in there, keep your head held high, and keep them in your heart forever....those bonds can never be broken.
