rules for buying a custom fight or live shows
« on: December 14, 2013, 09:30:34 PM »
I'm hoping buyers that have had money either taken, or
not feel services that were originally offered up front were NOT
provided once the money was sent will post to this thread.

it is impossible to give 100% customer service, but
I'm seeing a lot of shady deals these days, or just
flat taking money by fraud, deception etc.

often times a buyer will not receive a reply from a vendor, but
there is no avenue to complain or have your money refunded.

I don't know why a recent thread was locked when I'm
thinking the person had tried to resolve their issue but
it seems the entire deal fell apart and the buyer was out a LOT
of money.

for live events, it is even more complicated, yet
some vendors are offering those now.  please put pen to paper I
know everyone has a story or multiple stories to share.

I ordered a match on Lady Victoria's site one day & since that time , I keep getting gift certificates on e-mail , 3 to be exact , I tried to use the 1st 2 & did not know how , I put them in the column for gift certificate redemption codes & after all that it was still asking for a credit card number & I passed on both & a few weeks ago I got the 3rd one & still had $40 credit in the available area & decided to try it with my debit card with the new gift certificate redemption code & when all was said & done , I'm certain the redemption code , put in every area where it asked for the number did not do squat & I was charged $20 for the download , needless to say , due to Lady V having a lot of matches that I can care less about anyway now since as based on my name , I love beauty vs Beast squash Matches , Beauty being the Squashee , which is not what she has a lot of & the ones she has sees the women being the jobbers are girls I have no interest in seeing being dominated in a match , including Lady V herself .

Based on that last experience , I am done with that site ( purchasing downloads ) as the gift certificate thing as far as I am concerned has become " Fool me one , shame on you , fool me twice , shame on Me "

thanks for posting, lsj!  saves me time and money by knowing how that turned
out for you.  just curious did the emails have a way to opt out of the mail so they
would stop sending the damn things?

a fun video about fool me once. but sure applies to finding video's to purchase.

there was or maybe still is a photograher presenting models with a
few glossy photo's(northeast USA,New York)
he would offer customs and or buyer could meet
the models for wrestling etc.  problem is the girls never
agreed to meet anyone and if they(company) did answer the phone
they would come up with a lame reason why they couldn't
meet etc.  they would do this under a company name, pretty
flashy stuff.  problem is once the money was sent it couldn't
be recovered. customers would show up for appointments
and no girls, girls that were suppose to do custom private
matches.  the reason the scam works is no one really wants
the police involved for a few hundred bucks. buyer beware right..

Here are the Rip offs that I read about....

  Thunder Kittens...  Doesn't  film orders

LWS...   Filmed a scripted match when competitive match was ordered.

Femwrestle...  Canceled a fighter from their live event after airfare was bought, causing lost money of fighter and a fan.
Catfight, f/f Wrestling, Grappling and f/f Boxing fan
