nor do we cancel at the last minute cause we got pulled over for DUI
we have offered to settle w chuck by offering him videos from our catalog
He was insensitive again....and this man is part of a whole protecting our country. ..reassuring
we will continuing to practice our more than fair business tactics
we just need to be more selective on who we choose customs for

Your personal problems, weather difficulties and family tragedy aside...there is no reason why you are absolved from refunding Chuck's money immediately since you were unable to render the services he ordered.  He ordered a custom video.  He didn't pay $250 to pick a pre-made video from your 'collection' you moron.  At this point you not only owe him for a refund but for interest on the refund as well.  You're a complete fraud.  I hope no one is stupid enough to ever do business with your organization again.

I have collected just a few of the email lies/broken promises that I have saved from Thunderkittens:

Feb 10th, 2014      "two to three weeks"
March 5th, 2014    "I will deliver your custom within the next two weeks"
March 29th, 2014   "I will deliver all customs this month... April"
April 4th, 2014       "I swear I will come thru for you"
April 6th, 2014       "we will make restitutions on all custom orders..after the 14th"
April 30th, 2014     "Now the company is in transition bit between now and May 17th I will work to get chucks money refunded"
May 5th, 2014       "end of month..paid back"

I will update you all on June 1st when I am still not "paid back" and add their next promise to this list, if I even get one

UPDATE:  So I was supposed to receive my refund, from www.thunderkittens.com and here is where I am at...

After I received that last reply, I said thank you and have a good week, to which they replied...

Apparently the "fathers grave" isn't such a sacred thing.  This company lured me in on February 6th, to pay $250 for something that they never produced.  On top of that, they spent my money on their personal affairs, and before I can get a refund, they are ordering me to revoke my freedom of speech, to get back what is rightfully mine.  Now that's customer service!

   Is there severe cold weather and record snowfall every time you get a custom video request??? Stop with the bullshit stories!!!! You have been doing this for going on 10 years now.
   Max started the site and now has nothing to do with it??? Please give me a break, Max's name is worth shit due to his years of rip offs, taking his name off the company doesn't mean he is not behind it still.  Or you now have another rip off artist doing the same scam of taking a order then stalling till the time is up on paypal to complain and get the money back.

Nothing yet but more excuses and future dates of a refund.

I have been given promised dates of April 7th, April 14th and now he is telling me May 17th. 

Paypal allows thieves like this to operate without penalty, which is sad.  I wish someone could do something to help me recover my funds.

More importantly though, is that I would like the help of anyone reading this to spread the word about how I am being given the run around for nearly 3 months now.  I don't want anyone to have to go through what I am going through.

If you give Thunderkittens your money, they will use it for something other than what you agree you are paying for.

   You can get a refund or at least get them in trouble with paypal, but there is a time frame that must be done within.
   I've complained about customs on paypal and got money back a few times and others got the producer kicked off.
   If you write to them that it was for a custom porn video, Paypal will bounce them due to not allowing custom porn to be bought thru paypal.

As I put in a earlier post , had an issue with a vacation club associated with the blood center no less , e-mails were not replied to , phone calls to them out of the question , only going after them on a consumer affairs site did things happen , not right away , took numerous updating posts about what was said &promised - 4 months before my trip , No hotels available in Sedona , AZ , had no trouble booking one on my own, these people will say anything to save face , I work at the airport & have solicitors ( transportation ) there nightly &they are such low life scum , not a single one of them feel they are doing anything wrong & think they can do what they do with the excuse of they are trying to make a living , we got cab drivers from Haiti trying to do the same LEGALLY , paying a lot of money for permits , insurance , & vehicle maintenance & have to wait sometimes 90 mins to 2 hours in down time for a ride that will net them $20 while these scum grab whoever is dumb enough to take a ride offered by a stranger , like K management here , they have 1 thing n common , LIES - LIES - LIES

They have acquired a location in New York City to host parties and sessions.  They have even hired new models, while advertising them with professional photoshoots.  It's amazing how they can do all of this, for free, since apparently they don't even have $250 to refund me.

The model who I requested in my script that I submitted back in February isn't even on their roster anymore, so even if they were going to provide me with a custom, they are incapable of producing what was originally agreed upon.

A very important point to keep in mind is to beware of PayPal as well, they provide no customer support for custom video orders.

   You need to file a complaint 60 days after payment if do not get the order in mail.  That is why I always demand a DVD that producer will then need to prove was mailed. You also can mail back the DVD if they film something that was not what you requested.

UPDATE!!!  So after I have enlisted the aid of a legal team in Northern NJ who is willing to help out a deployed Soldier, and victim of an internet scam, I did as they recommended, notifying Thunderkittens Management of the process, ALL OF A SUDDEN THEY PAID ME SOME MONEY!  

Mind you, not all of my money, only $75 but hey, they are too busy hiring new models, doing photo and video shoots and paying for their new location in NYC to pay a lowly customer the $250 that he dished out 4 months ago.  I will leave out how much shit this guy is talking to me over email, and just say that he is being very childish and unprofessional to say the least, and leave you with the last few promises I received from this crooked organization.    

So, after 4 MONTHS, I get $75 out of $250.. if my math is correct, at this rate I will have my full refund in about 10 more months. 

May 31st, 2014       "I have your money Chuck, ready to send, your word that you will retract"

I have gone as far as to hire a private investigator in their area... $250 isn't shit to me, it is the principle of someone getting away with crimes.

It is the thought of these people operating in the fashion that they are, and being bullies, as they have been trying to bully me.

I think this entire thread is nonsense.

   First of all, I don't believe "Chuck" would go to the trouble of hiring legal assistance plus hire a private investigator to retrieve $250.
    Second, I'm curious how Chuck hired the private investigator when chuck is out of the country until the end of the year.
   Third: Pay each girl a minimum of 3 hours wages to shoot the video and a cameraman -- that is $150 - $200 or more, right there.  Add in the time to edit the thing and Chuck must have expected Thunder kittens to produce HIS custom video for free.
    Fourth, the copy of Chuck's e-mail references Feb 10 as when he sent an e mail that received a reply promising delivery in 2 - 3 weeks.  Then on March 1, he sends another e mail complaining it was well beyond 2 -3 weeks.  Incorrect, it was 16 days after the response--longer than the 2 weeks, but well within 3 weeks.
     Fifth, though there has been no snow in April or May, it is entirely plausible that those months have been used eliminating a backlog of custom videos that could not be produced in January and February when the East Coast closed every week due to storms (much to the amusement of the Midwest). 
     Sixth, Chuck's first e-mail says he forgot to get a delivery date when he negotiated the deal.  So the company merely took his money with the promise to do a video like he wanted.  They will do that and mass produce it,,,lol.  Chuck will then get a copy.
     Seventh, if Chuck's initial gripe about not getting his custom video in 3 weeks is true; then this long ago degenerated into a personal pissing contest between Chuck and the operator of the company.  I attribute this as much to Chuck's original bad attitude as to poor customer service.
     Eighth, I can't believe the company refuses to refund Chuck's $250.  The time wasted dealing with him has cost more than the profit to be made on a $250 video. 

     Lastly, I don't work for nor represent Thunderkittens. Also, I am not a customer of theirs.  I can't afford to have anyone make a custom video.  Go check out what it cost to get a video shot of a 20 minute wedding.  It is hilarious that anyone thought or imagined that they could select a girl of their choice to fight another girl in a scenario chosen by the customer, and have it done with good camerawork plus editing --- and get it delivered in 3 weeks for $250.  Chuck is as crazy as the company that agreed to do the video.
