In the days before the internet cat fight magazines flourished, and great fun they were! We learnt of producers in different countries, as in myself, in the UK, seeing pictures of the girls of Golden Girls and Camp Amazon. I've been in love with Karen Arnold ever since! And I thought a thread of pictures from these mags would be a good idea, I've still a small collection to submit pictures from. I'll begin with three from Wildcats, a British magaizine that began on soft paper then upgraded to a glossy publication. Two photos are from the early, soft paper version.

I wish I had kept my small collection of Catspats magazines, put out by Crystal Films. I can remember having to get these magazines at the local adult book store. That was the problem....if you lived in an area (of the US anyway) where there were no adult book stores, you were out of luck.
Remember the magazines Nugget, and Cavalier? They were really good for catfight stories, and even some photo spreads. And didn't one of the more mainstream men's magazines, Penthouse perhaps, have a photo story of two women who came to a party, both wearing the same dress, and they fought it out at the party? I just can't remember now, but at the time, it was pretty good.

These are great! Thank you so much for sharing them with us.
-
Neat, used to have both, oh well
-
A photo of Japanese wrestlers, published in Amazons in Action, about 1980.
-
2 pics from AiA, late nineties.
-
Thanks for the pictures, these are great. I remember Amazons in Action and Wildcats from pre internet. Also liked Fighting Gals Monthly and Claws. They had some nice stories in them.
-
I have a big stack of catfight mags from the 70s and 80s I want to sell but I am having issues with getting pics of the mag to post on here. As soon as I figure it out I will post what I have for sale.

Scan them.

2 More from AiA, 1996.
-
There was a question above about Penthouse. Around 2004, Penthouse had an article about New York City amateur female fight clubs. What was interesting was that the women were offered headgear and gloves, but almost always declined and elected to fight bare fisted.

Nice.

Couple of years ago UK paper the Daily Mail reported on a female fight club, and those ladies fought bare fisted.

Two more, from AiA, when I think it was still called Aggressive Women, lost the cover, so can't be sure. One is a page devoted to the art of Saja, who most here will know of, the other to Toreb, whose less well known.
If any others want to submit pictures, please do. But can you submit only images from vintage cat fight magazines? Be nice to keep the thread exclusively for that. And I've got enough mags to be submitting pics for quite some time.
-
Sexy pic, from Aggressive Women.
-
Great pics! Thank you so much!
-
You're welcome Hoodoo. Here's today's offerings, from Claws.
-
Couple more from Claws.
-
Cartoons by Milo, from early, soft paper Wildcats. Sorry these aren't scanning well, but they are still worth a look.
-
Nice stuff.
-
You're welcome vals, and thanks for the feed back. A couple of pics of mixed action, from Claws.
-
2 more. One from early issue of Wildcats, the other I can't remember where it came from.
-
5 photos, so will need 2 posts, that appeared in several magazines. A big girl getting a humiliating thrashing, just what I like!
-
Next 2 in this one-sided fight.

Love the pictures , thanks for sharing . I have fond memories of an adult book store . At first there were magazines , then vhs , then dvd's . Actually ; there was a time when xxx was available in a theater . Sometimes it is hard to believe it has been over 45 years since i saw my first xxx at a " drive in " ( outdoor theater ) . First time seeing a girl - girl scene . Have LOVED girl / girl ever sense . Now ; there are all girl / girl movies , something that was not always so . Today , it would seem that you are able to enjoy most of your adult pleasures via your computer / internet . Who knew .

All true. But, there's something else that's becoming old enough to be nostalgic about. Remember, around 2008/2009 or so, seeing your first cellphone-filmed real fight on YouTube? The 30-40 seconds of craziness, usually fought to an inconclusive draw, followed by both girls fixing their hair then seeking a face-saving way to walk away? Then searching on YouTube for the same thing, but with 2 prettier girls? Then finding pirated catfight videos, back when YouTube was really slow about removing that stuff? Amazing time, in retrospect. How much longer till YouTube doesn't allow real fights?
-
Southerncatfight....that sounds right. It was so many years ago, but that was the first mainstream magazine (if you can call Swank a mainstream magazine!) I ever saw that featured a catfight. It was the same time frame as Nugget and Cavalier were publishing letters about catfights.
-
Two more.
-
thanks for all these pictures, remember all these magazines before the internet!
-
Two more.
-
So many of us cut our teeth, so to speak, on this stuff as youngsters. Good to see it again.
-
Couple more, of fighters from Golden Girls. Photos from FGM.
-
2 more from FGM. One is drawn by Masade, an artist who, as far as I know, was only published by Swish mags.
-
From an early edition of Wildcats, when it was printed on plain paper.
-
Two from the very first issue of FGM. One's by Adam's (his names on it) who did a lot of work for Swish. I didn't rate him, but others may disagree.
-
I order some great magazines when younger thru Sports Review Wresting such as

-
Couple more, of fighters from Golden Girls. Photos from FGM.
I still have a bunch of Golden Girls vids.

-
LOVE Uschi fighting
Didn't notice it was Uschi, but now you mention it. Sexy pic of her examining one of her tits, which must have taken a bit of battering.
-
thanks for sharing

From Claws number 20,
-
I remember trawling the backstreet bookshops of Manchester for copies of Claws and Amazons in Action
-

They could be hard to find.

Or the famous Greek Street shop in London!

I've neglected this thread for a while, sorry about that, but been busy. Here's a cartoon by Glen, and one by Saja, both taken from Aggressive Women.
-
Just thought I'd try to contribute a couple along the same lines. Nostalgia. Think most of these were from the Apartmenthouse Wrestling Magazine and Wrestling Review where they had the Apartment Wrestling Championship stories in them.
-
Another magazine i remember that had some catfights in was called Wrestling EYE
-
Great pictures Lumberjack! Here's the cover photo from FGM 177, and an advert for Pin and Ink from the same issue.
-
Claws 24 was a special issue, devoted to cartoons and photos, so I'll be submitting quite a few from it. Here's the first 2, apologies that the cartoon has text from the next page showing.
-
More from Claws 24, the special cartoons and photos issue. Most of the cartoons have been published here or elsewhere, so I'll concentrate on the photos.
-
The final 2 from the curvy brunette's defeat.
-
Two from FGM 17,
These pics are from a video made by California Supreme...
Uschi Digard vs BJ(Keli Stewart)...
-
The final 2 from the curvy brunette's defeat.
Thank you so much for taking the time to share ALL of this.
-
Two from FGM 17,
These pics are from a California Supreme video with Uschi boxing against BJ...
Uschi and BJ wrestled each other for CS maybe only a few times besides this boxing match, but they both did other wrestling and boxing matches with CS ,BJ only wrestled against other girls, but Uschi wrestled and boxed against both female and male opponents at CS...
BJ usually played the jobber role losing usually but Uschi seemed like she knew how to handle herself in an IRL fight ...
-
spoke to Candy Samples once by phone, she didn't like the fights she did but she said Uschi LOVED her fights, and enjoyed doing them. May have been more out there than just CS/Bellstone
-
I know this thread was started some years ago, but wanted to let those that have contributed know that I have a large collection of old Amazons in Action magazines, all in very good condition, which I am looking to sell. Anyone interested please PM me for details.
Ian.
