The Judgement of Paris
« on: May 26, 2016, 03:31:30 AM »
For you fans of Greek mythology (the rest of you will have to Wiki it :) ).

One of the all time great catfight setups that never materialized. If only Paris had been a member of FCF, it might have looked like this....
For in me there have always been two fools, among others, one asking nothing better than to stay where he is and the other imagining that life might be slightly less horrible a little further on.

Because she is queen of the gods?

She had a jealous streak.  Turned her rivals into birds, boars, etc.

Actually, through guile and bribery, Aphrodite won this one by offering Paris the most beautiful woman in the world if he choose her. He did and received Helen of Troy as his reward.... which kicked off the Trojan war. Woulda been a lot better if he had let them fight for it. Would have saved Ulysses a lot of troubles :)
