Updated rules:

Any girls that were enslaved by a celebrity and had their captor defeated and enslaved, need to fight to be free again or be enslaved again. If they don't get the chance, because who defeated their owner is defeated before confronting them, then those girls are eliminated.
Example:
Celebrity A has slaves X, Y and Z
Celebrity A is defeated by celebrity B
Celebrity B needs to fight celebrities X, Y and Z
Celebrity Y defeats Celebrity B, so Celebrity Z will not fight Celebrity B.
As a result, celebrity A is eliminated (as per existing rules) and celebrity Z is ALSO eliminated because she didn't have a chance to fight Celebrity B.
Celebrity Y will fight Celebrity X, but not Celebrity Z.
