Okay doing a blow job for a lost match is not a punishment.  Though servicing the winner now that would be a punishment, as that just solidifies the win even more. I could see the Blow Job as a punishment only if the loser didn't find the man in question attractive at all.  Yet if the reason you are even having a fight is over a man in the first place. then he is the trophy for the winner,  with the looser having to watch, or maybe never getting to see the person again depending on the stakes of the match.
