The Debut of the Female Wrestling Channel
« on: April 13, 2012, 12:12:34 PM »
http://www.Please Place a Recip Link to Advertise.com

The Catfight Report and Catfight Fantasy Girls have been combined into the Female Wrestling Channel.   Simply click the "Catfight Report" or "Catfight Fantasy Girls" tab at the top of the screen and you can scroll down and read every single posting all the way from the beginning back in 2008.   The user experience should be greatly improved with the new interface and website for our fans.

Our philosophy is to provide as much value as possible.   For $5.99 per month.   ALL of our videos, ALL of our Catfight Fantasy Girls PPV's, and a whole lot more that is coming down the pipeline we can't reveal yet.

For the price of one video (at some companies) you can get a 1 year membership at the Female Wrestling Channel for only $50.

We will have a MINIMUM of 1 video update every week.   Many sites charge $30 a month and they still make you buy the videos.   Many sites charge $30 per month and only have 1 update per week.  Not at the Female Wresting Channel!  We will be offering competitive matches, scripted matches, mixed matches, and many other special features you have never before seen at the other wrestling companies as much as possible!  Our goal is to pack the site with as much content as possible and get our fans back to the site on a DAILY basis to see what's new.

The Female Wrestling Channel will offer female vs female and mixed female wrestling matches.   Competitive and Scripted.  We are recruiting girls locally.  We will be recruiting girls you already know.  We will be recruiting girls you never thought you would see on a wrestling mat.

Only Members can order Custom Matches and help guide our ongoing competitive and scripted Female Wrestling Channel storyline.

Members will have the ability to bookmark all of their favorite members postings, Catfight Report postings, and Catfight Fantasy Girls postings in one very easy to find area.

What are you waiting for?

We are offering the best price in the industry by far!

-Johnny Ringo-

Our Opening Offerings:

1.  Monroe Jamison vs Savannah Scissors - The Beginning - (Female vs Female Competitive Wrestling)

{alt}

It was February 21st 2012.   Not more than a week before............Johnny Ringo began chattering often about the new Female Wrestling venture he was going to launch.    Johnny had female targets in mind in his inner circle and outer circle.   To his utter amazement, Johnny offered his girlfriend Monroe Jamison a chance to be the in new promotion, primarily as a token offer, so that she would not feel slighted and say that the opportunity was never offered........READ MORE BY JOINING!

2.  Monroe, Ringo, Hammer, and Savannah Scissors - More than they Could Chew - (Mixed Scripted Wrestling, Female vs Female Competitive Finish)

{alt}

Our second production was a custom match ordered by a customer.  This match marks the first ever appearances on camera by Johnny Ringo and the man now known as "The Hammer".    The customer wanted a mixed wrestling tournament (scripted) where the girls had to match up against the guys.   As the title of the match dictates...........either the girls or the boys bit off "More than they could Chew".

But, that's not all!

It gets even more interesting!

The customer then wanted the final matchup to be a 3 fall competitive matchup with the winner being declared the victor of the tournament......READ MORE BY JOINING!

3.  Monroe Jamison vs Savannah Scissors - Revenge in Mind - (Female vs Female Wrestling - First Fall Competitive, Rest is Scripted)

{alt}

This was a match ordered by a customer.   In another unique twist, the customer ordered the winner of the competitive first fall, would then control the next 2 scripted falls in route to the victory.   An opening elongated staredown and an extended victory pose is included at the beginning and end of this video......READ MORE BY JOINING!

4.  Monroe Jamison vs Savannah Scissors - Two is a Crowd - (Scripted Female vs Female Fighting)

{alt}

Monroe gets hired to work at a law firm where Savannah is one of the secretaries.   Savannah is still a bit sore about losing her last bout against Monroe, as she quickly gets in Monroe's face and ends up challenging her to a fight......READ MORE BY JOINING!

5.  Haley Davidson vs Monroe Jamison - Here comes Haley - (Competitive Female vs Female Wrestling)

{alt}

Vroom!  Vroom!   Haley Davidson arrives on the Female Wrestling Channel scene.   Haley and Monroe are old friends and Haley was surprised to learn that Monroe is a female wrestler now.  Haley doesn't think it's very hard, and ends up prodding her old friend to the brink.   Monroe wants to show Haley "it's not as easy as she thinks" and challenges her to a best of 3 fall competitive matchup.

Coming up Next for Members Only:

- The Chapter 6 and Chapter 3 Catfight Fantasy Girls PPV's
- A video interview with Monroe Jamison
- Another New Match!

Bad usage of the word on my part.   Thanks for pointing that out.  It's changed at the site.  :)

It's up and running now.

Just go to this link:
http://www.Please Place a Recip Link to Advertise.com

Once you get past the first page where you click "Enter Here" you will click on the "Join" button on the top left.   It's $5.99 per month or $50 per year if you know you will be back every week.   If your only payment option is Visa, they will have us approved in the next 5-7 days.  (Probably sooner)

After you sign up, and you are logged in, the first posting on the page will be a members posting I put together with links to the storyline beginning to take place, with pictures, and then the video is embedded in each posting.   Videos cannot be purchased or downloaded.

The Catfight Fantasy Girls Chapter 3 and Chapter 6 PPV's are available in the members area as well.   All future PPV's will go into the member's area.

Everything is streamed from the site and we paid a lot for a dedicated server with high bandwidth for a smooth video watching experience.

Hope we will get support from many of you.   Lots of very different things are coming down the line soon.   It would be nice to get a lot of support early from everyone so I can use that leverage when trying to recruit bigger name females to come and wrestle for our members.

I figure most people out there spend $30 to $50 for a single video.

You can see every video on our site for $50 per year.

We paid a lot of money to use a solution where the videos cannot be downloaded.   If users download the videos, or if we send DVD's, the chance of the content being ripped goes up greatly.

For $6 a month why not just come back to the site?   The encoding offers HD quality video.  I know because it takes freaking 3 hours almost to encode our videos.  :)

And the incentive to pirate our content will be low anyway with the low price and the safeguards.   What are they going to sell the pirated videos for?   $1?  It wouldn't be worth the effort.

Not a bad business plan actually when you put it in those terms.

I guess I just like the idea of having a copy of my own to watch whenever, no matter the instance, and not having to rely on the net you know what I mean?

What ever happened to producers should sell the downloads for $5 each or less and there will be thousands of new customers wanting to buy these matches?

The problem is that there aren't "thousands of new customers" waiting to buy videos for $5. I'm also curious how Johnny is going to allure the bigger names to come and wrestle for him when he is selling videos for $5.99. I'm not saying this to be offensive to Johnny, but rather to open up a discussion on the financial aspect of the whole concept.

Many things work good in theory, but things get different when the rubber meets the road. I'm also curious as to how Johnny plans on preventing the reproduction of his videos. Just about anything that gets played on the screen can be duplicated these days, and there is a huge pool of customers willing to pay nothing for videos...

We'll see how it goes...

The key will be getting people like yourself Corner Man, producers, and fans alike to invest.

I need to come up with attractive girls and good scenarios on my end.

My big concern is the average or casual fan.  I don't think they will ever pay $30 or $50 for a video.   If I get a girl around here to wrestle, and 20 of her male friends find out, I assume they will pay $6 a month, but not $30 per.

It's an experiment.

I hope the fans invest in my concept because it will signal the other producers to lower prices.   If all of us were offering our content for $6 or $10 a month, the average super fan that invests in 2 or 3 videos at normal prices, could have membership at 10 or more sites and get all the content.

It's better for the fans.  That should always be our focus.  Lowering prices and delivering ever increasing value.  It's better for the producers if we get more fans into the genre.

It's a risk, no question.   I'm going into the red to give this a shot.

I'll be curious to see how it works out. I'm not sure how it would be in producers' best interest to lower prices. The cost of producing a typical competitive match for example, is generally $600+, so at $5.99 a throw, we've got to sell 100 copies just to break even. That doesn't cover the cost of the technology to deliver the product either, nor the billing service, etc.

What does DT Productions, WBI, and the other producers that subsidize your site think about lowering prices? Are they in agreement that an increased number of fans will offset lowering prices? (Which realistically, is known as working harder, not smarter.) I guess I'm a bit skeptical that lowering prices will deliver value, as I don't see the popular, skilled, or attractive ladies out there jumping on board to work for next to nothing. Just my opinion, which is worth nothing on the open market.

Would love feedback from other producers, and of course from fans as they are the ones that buy videos and memberships!

I'm curious as well!

My producers should be happy with the move.  The websites are combined and more eyes will be on their material.  It's much easier to tell people about one website rather than two.

I don't think they can lower prices either.

This is an experiment.  If it works well, I think it benefits everybody.   We will certainly see.

I think it's a case of each to their own. Every producer knows (or at least should know!) their target market . What works for one may not for for another. It depends what the TWC offers. I don't think we could produce what we do for $6 memberships but best of luck to the new site and John, it may work very well.

My general experience is that end users like to own the product they have purchased for personal use. They like to have the movie on their hard drive to watch at their leisure. I think (by the sounds of it?) the site will only offer a streaming option which will mean users will have to sustain membership to continue to watch the movies. This is a good hook for reatingin membership numbers and all important rebills. Several sites are heading this way though user feedback tends to be negative BUT it does cut down on piracy. Also, streaming only does not necessarily mean a user cannot capture the video but it does mean users have to jump through a few hoops. There are several products on the market that will record video of of your web broswer.
