Title: multiple photo folders

Hey, guys,
I'm wondering how to create more folders in my photos section.  I want to add a folder for more pics, but when i went to add a photo, there was no option to create a folder.  It just showed the basic option.  How do i go about adding a folder?   Any help would be appreciated.
