If you Youtube search for PLAYLISTS made up of girl fights (try "catfights", "women fighting" etc), you can still find lesser viewed fights from 5+ years ago that haven't yet been taken down.

Another tip might be to use language other than english for your search term.  For example, kiz kavgasi; pelea de mujeres; briga de mulheres.  I've had pretty good luck especially with kiz kavgasi.
