I've done a story or two about this same thing. All urges are enhanced during pregnancy and both ladies are preggo by the same man. They can't stand being together so they decide to have it out. For the unborn childs safety they settle on a sexfight. Hair pulling, breast mauling and aggressive tribbing where the rules. Padded floor and they started on their knees.
