Elements of a catfight. What would you include.

If you were fortunate and had the distinct opportunity to produce/arrange a catfight between two hotties, what elements would you include? You have the two catfighters at the table for pre-fight agreements and a contract for them to sign. What would rules and/or tactics would you allow or not allow. What would be the setting/attire and audience. Should both be paid the same, winner $$ incentive bonus. When would you decide to stop the catfight? Most of all safegaurds should be in place to prevent severe injury or damage. When I fantasy of catfights, this scenario keeps popping up. Please share ny comments. Thanks!
