Ambra and Chiara face off in a series of tests of strength in order to decide whose arms are stronger. After warming up and showing off their biceps facing each other in a passionate staredown, the challenge begins.

Tests of strength
First, is a bicep curls endurance test, with their right arm. Then, they must hold the weight straight with their extended arm: the first lowering her arm loses.
