Catherine Oxenberg vs Katherine Kelly Lang and Lydia Cornell vs Audrey Landers fights seemed to spark a lot of attention as the ninth round came to a close while on the other hand the experts scored an upset fumble on Kathy Ireland vs Cindy Margolis duell

Once again, many thanks for all the votes and comments!!!
Heather Locklear (41) vs Brooke Shields (37)
The second closest fight of the entire round resulted in lots of blonde and dark hair being ripped out in a hard-fought hairpulling contest that eventually saw Heather Locklear as the winner. Brooke's record seems to be doing her no favours but she's still one of the more dangerous floaters in the field. Heather was convinced of ripping another weak brunette into a complete disarray but found out that Brooke can also pull hair. In the end Heather's experience from all those Dynasty catfights got the better of Brooke's determination and after yaking Brooke's scalp back and forth, Heather managed to force the brunette into submission and emerge as the better hairpuller.
Tracy Scoggins (29) vs
Heather Thomas (50)Despite some pundits expressing their belief in Tracy's skills, the overall leader had a much easier fight ahead then expected. Probably Tracy's confidence is not very high right now and Heather Thomas made sure it's not getting up. In fact both women went down on the ground quickly but it was the blonde who possessed more wrestling abilities and pinned her brunette rival on the floor. Tracy managed to get back into action by some vicious blows to Heather's face and torso, but Heather proved she's not leading the strandings without a reason and once she placed Tracy's head between her thighs, the fight was effectively decided. Tracy tried to kick out of trouble, but lacked strenght after a tough contest and just couldn't shrug Heather off her chest anymore. The submission followed and Heather continues to top the standings albeit Sharon Stone has tied the votes difference after a much easier win over Alison Armitage.
Donna Dixon (56) vs Meg Ryan (22)
The myth of Meg Ryan has taken the most serious blow in this round as Donna Dixon mopped the floor with the woman whom some of the experts call "the most overrated in the field". Meg as usual was targeting an upset but found out that Donna's unbeaten record has nothing to do with being overrated whatsoever. Barrage of blows gave Meg the wake up call, but Donna's onlsaught continued until Meg simply had nothing to offer anymore and got beaten into a useless pulp. Donna set her personal best winning margin and looks to remain as the true spoiler among the undefeated fighters.
Kathy Ireland (32) vs
Cindy Margolis (46)There was a lot more on the table for this fight then just a win. Both girls fought for the ultimate model supremacy and allthough the experts (apart from byline and djcrash) heavily favoured Kathy Ireland, it was Cindy Margolis whose punches proved more effective. Kathy's height advantage allowed Cindy to attack her stomach more comfortably whereas the brunette concentrated to mess up the blonde's face instead. As it turned out, allthough Kathy gave Cindy lots of face puches, it was Cindy's bellypunching tactics being the better option. Kathy struggled to breathe after taking one punch too many and bended over in pain for a splut second letting her guard off. This was enough for Cindy to unleash a devastating right hook which caught the brunette right in the jaw and knocked her out for good.
Catherine Oxenberg (38) vs
Katherine Kelly Lang (40)The most closely fought contest of the round even left the pundits almost split on the eventual outcome. There was everything in it, hairpulling, face-slapping and scratching, malicious breast-mauling and once the dust settled down it was Katherine Kelly Lang sitting on top of Catherine Oxenberg and winning by a pinfall. The back and forth nature of this fight could have easily resulted in Catherine taking the win as she was on top of Katherine few times as well, but in the end, Katherine just edged out the Dynasty star by the narrowest of margins (probably the very positive comments from Glamour Fights or simon1's new insight unveiled some of the deepest levels of Katherine's determination). This loss snapped Oxenberg's six straight wins streak and enabled Lang to continue her streak instead which is four wins on the spin now.
Virginia Madsen (51) vs Nancy Valen (26)
The biggest upset in this fight was perhaps the margin of Virginia's victory. What looked like a pretty even contest beforehand, turned out into a quick slugfest as Virginia pinned Nancy along the wall and started messing up her face without no mercy whatsover. A split lip followed by a bloody nose left Nancy in all kinds of trouble and she soon crumbled down on the ground when Virginia pummelled her exposed stomach. Looks like Virginia's win over Rebecca de Mornay was anything but lucky especially considering the fact de Mornay beat Demi Moore in this round. Barbosa might yet have the real insight calling the blonde underrated allthough Mitzi Kapture begs to differ on this one.
Lydia Cornell (42) vs Audrey Landers (35)
A real back and forth affair both on the ring and among the experts. Audrey had the wrestling experience with all the outside help on hand, but Lydia rides the high momentum tide and has taken her eight consecutive win of the competition. Audrey managed to trap her in real trouble early on but just couldn't apply neither the waist or headscissors to seal off the win. Instead Lydia discovered that extra energy that allowed her to have such a successful campaign and once she forced Audrey on her back, she was able to smother her into submission. There was a lot of calls from Judy Landers from the line but according to realisticman Lydia's co-star from Too Close for Comfort, Debra van Valkenberg started her own fight with Judy and prevented the Audrey's rescue mission from happening. The dust hasn't settled in yet and we won't know of the outcome of the second fight until the next round. It's very interesting whether Debra will support Lydia on her winning ways in the future?
Hunter Tylo (40) vs Emma Samms (35)
Finally a fight between women who play second fiddle on the internal Bold and Beautiful and Dynasty roster. Hunter simply can't stand Katherine Kelly Lang's run of success and wants to start one of her own whereas Emma Samms is ranked bottom of the Dynasty quartet even behind the allegedly heavily underrated Tracy Scoggins. As expected this was a very close fight between two women who only shared one victory in 16 previous fights among the other competitors. Both breasts were exposed to the full and no fancy haircuts were left untouched once this was over, but in the end Hunter's wrath over Katherine Kelly Lang proved just the boost required for the overall success as she mauled Emma Samms into exhaustion and pinned her for a maiden victory which all but one of the experts eventually predicted..
