In LaSalle county. My wife fought for four years and no I did nit live in Earlville I
grew up in Leland which is 9 miles east of Earlville. Lets start with a few facts
not what maybe be said here, All cheerleaders did NOT fight between 4-10 did
fight, there was a team fight after every game, 9 games/year, cheerleaders
did not fight in uniforms they changed in vans cars trucks to street clothes. They
fought close to the school at empty lots, cemetery, Earlville fought at the
"Route 34 Drive In" theater and a church parking lot was used at 1 town. Yes my
wife lost a few but won more than she lost. She would always fight the captain
of the other squad and those 2 would arrange place & time to fight , usually
say 10 minutes after game. The four girls who did fight were my wife Johnna Marie,
Wendy, Dawn and Dina. Best part was Johnna and Wendy always fought topless
as did some other girls.
