Certain older matches will not be able to be sold due to not having paperwork for my other assistant who is now retired. I was not able to make contact with to get the necessary paperwork before yesterday’s deadline. At the time of production, Clips4Sale didn’t require paperwork at all, and even though I have always obtained release forms and info from the talent, C4S now requires paperwork on ANYBODY who appears in camera, not just performers.
Some older matches will be reinstated once they’ve been approved by C4S, but I understand there’s quite a backlog at the moment.
It’s a huge pain in the ass. I had to get ID and a release form for someone whose shoes appeared for 3 seconds in one of my matches.
