I've been using this free AI site:
https://perchance.org/pretty-aiAfter putting in your description, and choosing the art style (I usually choose casual photo or cinematic), you'll have the option to change the settings to adult setting (if it contains explicit stuff) ...
Be aware though that AI seldom does exactly what one wants, and often it requires rendering over and over again, perhaps also tweaking & playing around with different descriptions. It also seems as if AI does not generally handle interaction between characters well, and sometimes does crazy stuff like adding additional limbs, and expressions can also be rather wacky ... but it's learning slowly & seemingly getting better ...
To be honest, if one wants a specific scene, it's probably still much better to use 3D software like Daz 3D ... then you can exactly the scene you want ... but it's far more time consuming to do the posing, etc. in such an environment ...
