I get back to my studio and sit in shock. I undress and shower.
The next couple of days I watch the local news and read the local papers but no word of a woman being killed or injured in a fight.
I start to get paranoid hearing sirens in the distance.  Are they coming for me but the sounds disappear.
Then a few days later I get a knock on my door.
Nervous I go and open the door.  It’s her boyfriend as he stands there. I let him in.
No words are said as he looks at me.
I have to know what happened.
