Why I am banned from chat

You aren't. My guess is you aren't logging in properly with username and password which are the same as the ones you login on to the site

I haven't logged on for a month or two but having the banned message when trying to log into the chat room also. 

× You are banned from #fcf. Cannot join channel (you're banned)

Everything but the chatroom seems to be working okay.  I've never been told I was banned and can't imagine anything I might have done to get banned.  I've tried multiple times and even logged completely out of the site and tried starting all over but the chat room still give the same message.  I have been very careful to ensure I'm  using the same id and password for the chatroom as the site.
