Same height, she appears to be a little thicker in the middle, maybe 10-20 lbs heavier.  I would give you the speed and endurance advantage which would give you the edge in my opinion.  The fitter, better stamina girl usually wins if the experience and size are relatively close.

I would pick Jessica because to me she looks a bit more fit.  Especially if it's a longer fight.  Probably get a bit bruised though.

Well, if the ex got on top of you on the ground, she would win, definitely.  She's heavier, and since you two have fought, you both know each others moves so there's no advantage there.  Size matters in a fight.
