The 2 get together in a studio for a co-op Exercise / Fitness Special & both being the Queens , keep trying to outdo each other in a friendly manner , but when the cameras stop rolling & they go back to the dressing room , they question each other " What do you think you were doing out there , You think your better than me ? " & it leads to the 2 scrapping & it's on - Who Wins ?

Denise is much stronger and especially in the legs.  Both obviously athletic but the blonde is by far more athletic, powerful and would really do a number on Kiana.
