Caroline Wozniacki practices boxing as a hobby, if the fight is held in standing position she would win. Serena wins when the fight is on the ground, she is built stronger and has more core strenght IMO. However Caroline is in better physical shape and can simply outlast Serena if necessary.

So, when Caroline practices boxing, she might probably win a boxing match. But in all other kinds of fights I still see Serena in kind of advantage. So my vote is for her.
