there is a saying, the straw that broke the camels back... a catfight most of the time is not planned it just words are no longer useful therefore fist and hand and etc  becomes the next choice of attack...

At most of the time CF are short burst of rage before broken up... and in some cases  they take it outside to settle it once and for all
I have been in a few cat-fight usually you get a few grabs and blows in before the heroes tries to break it up. In my experience I dun plan to go catfight someone but if it done I prefer not to back down
