After tonight's Monday Night Raw ( 1-9-12 ) , I have come to the conclusion that the WWE is not even trying anymore & they weren't any better than hen they were trying .

I have long been calling their Creative Dept , WWE Uncreative , I mean , when it comes to the Divas now , they really truly don't care ,

The Matches when they do have them now , are usually over in 90 secs or less , Divas are Champs one month & the next , they are defeated in matches in 30 secs , like Melina before she was gone , Melina came back from injury , got a push , Won the Title & when she lost it , just a few matches later , she was getting pinned in less than a min .

The Bella Twins , I have been an Anti-Bella Twin person from the getgo , they would make PERFECT Jobbers , both going down together , but at the start , they have a Match & then don't have 1 for 2 1/2 months , but they still win with Twin Magic , it is amazing , they are in the WWE & they win with Rollups like they are in MadDog Mike's Training Academy Student Show , & when they do have a Finisher other than a Rollup , it is a FaceBuster , 110% lame by today's standards & Finishers 101 .

It's like they are told , go out there for a min & Good Girls win most of the time & as mentioned , very quickly .

1 last thing to gripe about because I can go on forever , look at the so called push they are trying to give Beth Phoenix & Natalya as the Dominant Divas in the WWE in their crusade & so far has been known as 3 different names I believe , seems like 1 for every match they have won on their Crusade as it seems like they have won 4 matches & lost 140 to various Opponents , that's like doing Promos for 2 months for a new Incomng Wrestler to hype them up & have them lose their debut in less than a minute in complete Squash Match fashion , the other night on Smackdown , Natalya was pinned by Tamina & in Beth Phoenix's last Match , she was pinned by Alicia Fox in a very quick match , Alicia who by the way had a run as Champ & as soon as she lost the belt , she too was compiling loss after loss in very quick fashion & lastly with Beth a month or so ago , they had her get pinned by an Actress .

That's some of my gripes , but I have tons more , but will leave it open for others to vent on what a JOKE  THE dIVAS dIVISION HAS BECOME

When it comes to Impact Wrestling , Yes , the Knockouts are Eons better than the Divas the way they are used , wish the Knockouts division was bigger though , just don't think there are enough to have both a Ladies Champ & Tag Team Champs , just concentrate on Singles contests , & by the way , 1 gripe with the Knockouts , Miss Tessmacher , just use her as the Doormat Knockout Jobber please , her finishers are either a Victory Roll or Cross body Block , really , again , is this a Wrestling School Student Show .

And Funny also , The Knockouts are kicking the Diva's Butts with mostly EX - WWE Divas

The Divas division is so invisible at times it's hard to remember who's there still. Now the Mickie James-Gail Kim main event was amazing up to the finish. If you let the ladies who can wrestle, wrestle then you get matches better than some of the men put on.

The impending Feud between Horsey James vs Gail Kim matches are going to suck blow and hum because without someone to carry her Gail is distinctly ordinary, Kia Stevens did all of the work in that series with Gail and made Gail look a million dollars where as Gail isn't going to be able to hold up her end with Horsey.

That's one of the reason's for ex WWE female wrestlers going to TNA because technically they are poor and take for example the matches between Beth and Kelly where "The Glamazon" was unable to military press Kelly due to kelly either trying to make Beth look bad by not helping her to support Kelly's weight, or simply she didn't know how to do the move correctly in that the wrestler being lifted has to help support the hoist by placing her hands on the shoulders of the wrestler below her.

If the latter is the case then why did they attempt a spot that was beyond Kelly's ability to execute correctly and thus botch it running the risk of an appearance on Botchamania?

But the simple fact for the poor use of the WWE "Diva's" is that VKM cannot make up his mind whether to employ wrestlers or attractive lingerie models, most wrestlers do not fit the criteria for the WWE look in terms of feminine attributes and the Models don't want to learn to wrestle as to them it's a career opportunity on TV by public exposure.

Also unlike TNA there is no dedicated road agent for the Diva's, Dean Malenko has had a hand in setting up some of the matches and helping to advance the technical in ring skills of others, but since Dave Finlay's departure that has been reduced as he was also helping them in the same way he helped his then wife Princess Paula to learn to bump, etc.

If you want genuine female wrestling that is of the WWE style then it's Shimmer etc as the main two just want enhanced blondes who look great in a skimpy outfit, but who's long term aim maybe not to hang around until they have been squeezed dry and kicked to the kerb as in the case of Stacy Keibler who used the WWE to advance her career and left on her own terms.

The treatment of both Lisa Marie Varon and Amy Dumas in their on screen send offs shows how vindictive the WWE can be to someone who leaves them before the WWE is ready to "Future endeavour the performer." But that in respect of how VKM views women is not a topic that can be discussed in public.

Just 1 of the points I am making with the WWE also , they show the Ladies No Respect , like in the case of Victoria ( Lisa Marie Varon ) " hey Victoria , go out & be the focal point of the WWE Divas , have good matches against Ladies who know what they are doing like Trish Stratus , Lita , & Jazz , kick out of Statusfactions & Swanton Bombs , & don't submit to Jazz's STF , but do us a favor now , lose to the Bella Twins for 5 straight months via rollups until you get Fed up & leave the WWE

They treat their female wrestlers very poorly, they pay them very poorly, and the "respect" they show them by letting them perform on TV is by putting them into segments where they yell "bitch" and "whore" at each other. While that's fine here (and I must say that I find it kinda hot :p) it's a shitty sexist thing to do on national TV.

WWE might treat their female wrestlers in a similar way. But at least the girls can claim to have worked for WWE on their vita. It will land them jobs in other parts of media more likely than "former employee at Tits'NAss wrestling" will do.


Seriously, fuck TNA. ODB has to work at a bar on the side because she's paid so poorly. Taylor Wilde had to work at Sunglass Hut because she can't make ends meet with what TNA pays her. The Diva's Division might be treated as a joke and filler and wah wah wah, but at least the Divas can make a living of what they do, unlike 2/3 of the Knockouts.

Gail Kim LOL.  I remember her first WWE run, when they had to make her the "submission specialist" after she botched all the luchador moves they had hired her to do.  Vince was thinking, I don't have enough insurance for this.

My favorite serious pro is Alissa Flash, who was SHIMMER's Cheerleader Melissa.  She's even hotter without the silly costume, as you can see at the end of this:

Oh btw don't forget technically a WWE wrestler is a "contractor" thus they are self employed, but since when did someone who is self employed and able to pick and chose their work actually have to run the house show schedule and risk being "Future Endeavoured" if they didn't?

No doubt do both companies treat their workers horrifically bad, and the "independent contractors" business by itself is enough reason to despise McMahon. It seems unfaur, but I still tend to cut the WWE some slack, because if they put somebody on TV, they get put on TV, and can use that exposure to further their careers in other areas if, god forbid, they leave/get future endeavoured sometime in the future.

Most TNA employees can only turn to the Indies, or continue whatever minimal wage job they had been doing before.
