Does anyone else think that Victoria Justice looks like she may well be the weakest actress around? Normally when someone is that skinny you can at least see some muscle's sticking out. Victoria seems to be skin and bones with almost no muscle. Kat would most likely beat her with one hand tied behind her back.

Maybe someone has some pictures where Victoria doesn't look like she would get blown over if someone breathes on her too hard. Sorry to be so hard on her but I rarely see anyone that skinny and that un-toned.
