GLOW had finally returned & to start it out , a Tournament was held to crown a GLOW Champion & wasting no time when the show started , Commissioner Hollywood was in the ring when the show began announcing the Tournament & it's rules which went real quick & then call for the opening rounds 1st match .
AMERICANA VS NINJIA
Ninjia came out 1st , keeping her distance from the fans as she swung her Ninja Staff around freely , showing off her martial arts " Discipline " skills until she was in the ring & awiated her opponent , which upon hearing the Stars & Stripes music , the fans knew it was 1 person , Americana , who came out in a Stars & Stripes one piece & greeted as many fans as she could before entering the ring & the Battle for the Crown was on .
The 2 wrestlers locked up in the middle of the ring & battled for control & battled & battled until the 2 wound up backed against the ropes where they each played chess for position until the ref came in to seperate them & as he did , Ninjia lashed out & raked Americana's eyes , making the ref scold her as he pushed her away .
Americana was still blinking to clear the irritating feel of having her eyes raked when they went to lock up again & as they both moved in towards each other , Ninjia raked Americana's eyes again , making Americana back up & hold at her eyes as Ninjia took her tongue lashing from the ref & moved in quickly , nailing americana with a chop to her chest & then whipped her off the ropes & while Americana went off the ropes & rebounded back , Ninjia did some Ninjia hand movements until Americana was close enough for her to deliver an extra hard chop[ to her chest that put Americana down & as Americana was on the mat , Ninjia taunted the fans by doing the karate hand thing again instead of following up .
Ninjia after taunting the fans did then try to follow up & tried to do a Helicoptering LegDrop down across Americana's chest , but she was not there when Ninjia arrived , having rolled out of the way & making Ninjia crash onto her ass & hold her ass as she hopped up & down on the mat as Americana ran off the ropes real quick & delivered a Grounded Dropkick to her opponent & went for the pin , but only got a 2 count as Ninjia was able to kick out & stumble back up to her feet where Americana was waiting & nailed her with a Chick Kick , showing her that she knew some martial arts like moves herself & then she also attempted a Helicoptering Legdrop of her own to show Ninjia she could do it also & also showed her that it does hurt as she connected with it across Ninjia's neck area as the fans quickly got into it .
Americana quickly brought Ninjia to her feet & into a Side Headlock & ran her towards the turnbuckle & when close enough , Americana jumped up onto the middle rope & continued upward while still holding Ninjia in the Headlock & as soon as her feet hit the top turnbuckle , she sprung back while still holding onto Ninjia's head & nailed her with a Big Bulldog that left the Asian Heel seeing stars as Americana got up & quickly ascended to the top rope & waited for Ninjia to get to her feet & stumble close enough for her to hit her " American Dream " finisher a move that saw her jump down & grab Ninjia's head while going over her & driving it down hard into the mat in a whiplash manner as the Flipping Reverse DDT which the move was had Ninjia seeing more stars as Americana followed with a Standing Reverse flip over onto her & made the cover , 1-2-3 & Americana was on into the next round .
The defeated Ninjia left the area holding her head while sharing last taunts with the fans before she disappeared backstage , Eliminated in the tournament & after 15 secs after she disappeared , the next opening round contest began .
COLONEL NINOTCHKA VS THE CALIFORNIA DOLL
The Russian every GLOW fan loved to hate went out 1st after being introduced & when in the ring , she grabbed the mic from the announcers hand & began to speak about how she would be the GLOW Champion when the Tournament was over & how no GLOW good girl could defeat her & rambled on for 2 mins before shoving the mic back at the announcer & let him announce her opponent , from Malibu , California , The California Doll , who came out to the loud cheers from the fans who did it louder to spite the russian heel & like Americana , The Doll was in no hurry to get to the ring & met as many fans as possible before entering the ring where she stood with her back to the dangerous heel & ran her hands through her hair while striking a sexy pose & kept the pose as she then ran her hands down her sides to her waist & did the " how would the title look around my waist " hand gesture thing & ran her hands back & forth at her waist a few times before Ninotchka could not pass up the opportunity for the free opening to attack .
Charging in at the preening Doll , Ninotchka balled up her forearms as she closed in on the still " I'm going to be GLOW Champ " dreaming Doll & even with the fans trying to warn her , The Doll still stayed enjoying the imaginary belt around her waist until Ninitchka's Clubbing Forearms brought her back until reality , painfully , as the blow knocked the Doll to her knees as Ninotchka quickly followed with a Downward Axe Kick that put the Doll face down , holding at the back of her neck .
Ninotchka knelt down by the top of Doll's head & trapped her head between her legs & 10 times in a row & in rapid succession , used 1 fluid motion to lift her head up off the mat a good foot & then dropped her head right back down into the canvas , using the Doll's head like a basketball as it hit the mat , went up & hit the mat again , leaving her well dazed by the time Ninotchka bounced her head to the mat for the 10th time .
After the 10th bounce , Ninotchka let the Doll lay on the mat face down as she stood up & then squatted down , folded her arms & did her little russian dance for 10 secs then got up & gave Doll 3 straight Legdrops to the back of her head & neck & then moved to the other side , did her dance again & stood & gave her 3 more Legdrops to her head & neck , using her other leg this time & then did the dance again as the crowd boo'd her as the Cali girl was in a world of trouble , her dream turning into a nightmare .
Ninotchka grabbed Doll up by her hair & stood up with her , holding her back to back where Ninotchka then taunted the Doll before dropping her down with a Reverse Neckbreaker & then gave her another Legdrop after doing her little dance 1 more time a few kicks & then brought the Doll up again & into a Piledriver position & then gave her a Tombstone Piledriver to the mat & after Doll's body settled , Ninotchka did her infamous fold over / leg sit cover & threw her arms out cockily as at least 1 side of the crowd supporting the Doll got a consulation prize as they got to see the Doll's awesome ass moon them as the ref made the academic count 1-2-3 & Ninotchka was easily into the next round , but remained with her legsit cover as she grabbed the mic & spoke for another min before
getting up , saying 1 last thing & then leaving .
The infamous cheesy & corny vignette's that GLOW was famous for was next , the 1st saw Tara & Scarlett , The Southern Belle's at a Dept Store make-up counter talking , joking , & laughing about The Widow's skeleton make-up she wore & Bizarro's half red half green face paint & ended with the 2 heels hearing it & grabbing powder bottles & dumping them over the heads of the Belle's & getting the last laugh & then ironicly , The Doll was on all happy & smiling despite she had just been defeated moments ago as she did her " Points to Ponder " segment before it was back to wrestling for match 3 .
DEBBIE DEBUTANTE VS THE HUN
The huge heel , The Hun , made her way to the ring 1st like all the bad girls have done in the previous 2 matches & scared the crowd , not by her not so eye pleasing appearance or her hefty flabby body , but it was her singing that scared them as she did her rendition of " Red Meat " the song the old Mathilda the Hun used to sing & when her singing was mercifully over , she handed the mic over to the announcer to introduce her opponent , 1/2 of the Cheerleaders , Debbie Debutante , who despite her athleticism & fitness level , was still the underdog against the big heel who just watched as Debbie did some cartwheels & other gymnatsic / cheerleader like moves while heading to the ring & then after jumping onto the apron , she did a flip over the ropes to further show off her athleticism & then did a cheer about The Hun & her weight issue & of course , ended the cheer with a Leg Split as she waved her pom poms back & forth as the Hun just let Debbie have her fun as soon , the Cheerleader would be cheering for the match to be over & for The Hun to quit crushing her .
The match began with the Cheerleader & Hefty Heel standing face to face where The Hun challenged Debbie to a test of strength , which the Cheerleader accepted & as soon as both their hands were locked , The Hun easily won the test & her power advantage made Debbie quickly drop to her knees & stayed there as her face contorted in pain as The Hun took her concentration away from Debbie to taunt the crowd & it allowed Debbie a chance as she sprang up to her feet , used her gymnast skills to break free & quickly jumped on The Hun from behind & put her into a Sleeper & tried to take her down , but the Hun was able to reach up & grab Debbie by her hair & went to snap mare her back over & did , but Debbie landed right on her feet & the Hun followed in awkwardly thinking the snap mare would work just fine & Debbie hit her with a good Dropkick that dazed her & made her take a few steps back & with that , the Huns pride was a bit taken aback & to save face , she dared Debbie to try it again & Debbie did , backing her up again & then without being told , the Hun as soon as she stopped her own momentum , Debbie hit her with a 3rd Dropkick & then went low to the Huns legs that made her fall almost through the ropes , making her leave on her own accord , upset that she let the little Cheerleader daze her .
The Hun yelled at the crowd in frustration as Debbie teased her until the angry big girl tried to reenter the ring , only to have Debbie run at her & do a Baseball Slide into her chest that made her stumble backwards again but not down & as she moved back to the ring again , Debbie ran towards her & dove through the middle rope , ramming her body into the big girl & making her go backwards again , but still not down & as an angry Hun slowly made towards Debbie , Debbie easily stayed ahead of her & slid into the ring & waited for the Hun to try to get in , & when the Hun was halfway in Debbie ran the ropes for momentum & ran her full weight into the Hun , who stood her ground as the 2 collided , the Hun stumbled backwards again , but Debbie took the worst of it & stumbled back herself & was a bit dazed as the Hun ran at Debbie the best she could & made her big body as big as possible as she rammed it into the Cheerleader who went flying back into the corner where the Hun ran at her again & crushed the blonde in the corner & when she moved aside , she tossed Debbie down onto the mat & onto her front where the Hun followed with a Splash across the Cheerleaders back , winding her even more as the Hun seemed to have control now .
The Hun brought Debbie to her feet & gave her 3 straight Bodyslams & followed up the 3 Slam with a Splash & cover , netting her a 2 count as Debbie managed to escape from the hefty weight ontop of her & the Hun stomped her feet in anger in not getting the pin & then moved back in on the Cheerleader who got to her knees as the big girl approached & fire a few punched into her mid that had little effect on her as she yanked Debbie up & slammed her fist into Debbie's mid & went her off the ropes where upon Debbie's return , Hun again made her body as big as she can while lurching forward & upon the collision , Debbie went down near the corner winded some more as the Hun felt a small brunt of lost air herself as her weight worked against her .
Hun brought Debbie up & Slammed her 1 more time & taunted the crowd to get a small breather before going to the middle rope & measuring Debbie for a Splash , wasting a bit of time to her slow moving ways & her quest to grab an extra sec or 2 of getting some wind back into her before she dove down as her ywllow claded blonde target who rolled out of the way at the last sec & the Hun knocked alot of air out of herself due to the miss & Debbie got her 2nd wind & prodded the crowd to urge her on for that extra energy as she brought Hun up & whipped her into the corner & followed with a Corner Splash of her own & then sent her to the oppossite side & gave her another Corner Splash & then went to send her back to the original corner , but had the Hun reverse the whip & send Debbie back crashing into the corner & charged in after her & went for a Corner Splash also but Debbie moved & the Hun hit hard & stumbled backwards as Debbie leaped up onto the top rope & wasted no time in attempting a Missle Dropkick that connected with the big girl & sent her down to the mat where Debbie grabbed her feet & did a flipover cover & used all that she had to keep the lumbering kicking heel down for the 1-2-3 for what could be called by some , an upset to put her into the next round as it was the Hun's weight that worked against her this time .
Debbie did a post match cheer as the Hun rolled from the ring & angerly made her way to the back & Debbie sat down at Ringside to watch the next matchup & once jungle drum music began to play it was time for the next match & the reason why Debbie remained out at ringside as she had some rooting interest in this match .
MANNA THE HEADHUNTER VS SUSIE SPIRIT
Manna came out 1st & ignored the crowd totally as she was of course was supposed to be from the jungle & hence , have no language skills , but halfway to the ring , she did do some weird jungle dance before continuing into the ring & awaiting the other Cheerleader who once she was introduced , Susie came out all energetic & full of acrobatic & gymnastic moves like Debbie did & Susie also did a long meet & greet with her fans , stopping at the table of course to give Debbie a big hug on her victory as Debbie's hug returned as a good luck hug & Susie then met some more fans before jumping up onto the ring apron & also entering the ring like Debbie did with a flexible acrobatic move & before the ref could call for the bell , Susie did her cheer , this cheer was for Debbie , a rah rah cheer to congratulate her further on her win & when done , Debbie gave Susie a big smile & kiss her way before Susie turned & tossed the pom poms down ready to go .
The ref called for the bell & the 2 wrestlers locked up & Manna who had the height advantage used it to lock Susie in an Armbar as Susie weighed her options for a few secs before somersaulting forward & then somersaulting backwards & breaking free from the hold & pouncing onto her feet as a stunned Headhunter turned to find her prey only to be met with a Dropkick that backed her up & then another Dropkick backed her up more all the way until she fell backwards over the top rope where she spun out onto the floor below , where her long legs worked to her advantage & she landed right on her feet , surprising Susie who was expecting her to go down onto her big backside .
Susie though did not want to give the slightly stunned Manna that much of a break & since she had the fitness advantage , Susie ran towards the jungle woman & like Debbie did against the Hun a few mins ago , Susie also went flying through the middle rope & at the tall heel who moved out of the way , expecting Susie to crash & burn badly , but Susie before hitting , contorted her body so she shoulder rolled up & avoided a disaster , but it did throw her timing / thoughts off a bit , & Manna tried to hit Susie with a Clothesline , but she ducked under it & Manna instantly knew she had missed her brunette target & stopped , with her back turned & Susie waiting as she stopped on a dime & since Manna did not turn quick enough , Susie Dropkicked her from behind , making Manna propel forward & crash into the guardrail & stumble forward where Susie whipped her towards the ring where Manna stopped just short of hitting the apron as Susie expected her to & charged in after her , but Manna got her long leg up & out , meeting Susie's mid as she came barreling in , making her double over as Manna moved forward & shoved Susie body 1st against the ring apron where she gave her 3 heavy knees to her back before rolling her into the ring .
Manna brought Susie to her feet while holding her from behind & gave her some more knees to her back before sending her off the ropes where upon Susie's return , Manna stuck up her long leg & her big bare foot nailed Susie in her chest & down the Cheerleader went , 1 arm holding at her chest & the other holding at her back as Manna yanked her up by her hair again & tossed her into the corner & came charging in after her , sticking out her long leg again as she got close , intent on ramming it into the head of Susie & ko'ing her , but Susie eluded it & dropkicked Manna from behind & rolled her up with a schoolgirl , but Manna kicked out before the 3 , doing it strongly as her legs were powerful enough to send Susie way off of her , allowing her to get up as Susie charged in wanting to follow up , but Manna caught her charging in & gave her a Spinning Backbreaker that had Susie rolling in pain as she fell off of Manna's knee & to the mat where Debbie quickly tried to rally the fans around her partner .
With the fans cheering for Susie , Manna brought her up & slapped her hand around her throat & Chokeslammed her to the mat & went for the pin , but Susie kicked out but could not go any further as Manna held her at bay by her hair as Debbie still outside tried to rally the fans for Susie as Manna brought Susie up & whipped her into the corner where she stood dazed as Manna charged again where she again wanted the KO blow with her foot as she sprang out her long leg again , intending to slam it into Susie's head like before & again , Manna missed as Susie got out of the way , Manna stayed put as her long leg got tied up over the top rope & stuck next to the pole as Susie gathered up enough energy this time & run at her from behind & hit her with a Jumping Enzuguri Kick to the back of the Head Hunters head , making her see stars & stumble back where susie pounced onto the top rope from the energy boost of the situation & like Debbie did to the Hun , nailed Manna with a Missle Dropkick that put Manna onto her back & Susie followed with a Lionsault onto her , bounced up & did her Jumping Legsplit onto her across her chest & hooked a leg & held on as the ref moved in & began the count , 1-2-3 , she did it , Susie got the pin as Manna was dazed enough to be kept down , kicking out just after the 3 , but Manna was out & Susie joined Debbie in the next round , both alive to be the possible GLOW Champ .
