From the producers of the video.  They said so on their forum online.  Somebody asked the producers what they were fighting over. 

They said it was a grudge fight.  Michelle was the ex-wife. Elizabeth the ex-husband’s GF.  They gave no other details.  Makes sense.  Michelle fought several times for CF, never with this ferocity.  This was maybe 2001, back when CF had an online forum where you could ask questions.

Similar to Kelly vs. Deb. That was also ex-wife against new wife. A brutal fight, and the husband was even present.
