Without all due respect to Charlize she can't compete with Hilary's muscles. Hiliary has Charlize upagainst the wall in her black lingerie (see picture above). She rams her fist into Charlize's stomach again and again and again. Charlize wants to slide down the wall but Hilary holds her in place. Then Hilary gives her a haymaker and Charlize crumples to the floor out cold.

On advantage Charlize this is that she is larger about 4". On advantage Hilary this is that she is equally strong and more generally efficient physically. Both they know to fight. Both are quarrelsome equally and would fight, she if would was between them large quarrel. Charlize wins in wrestling.
Hilary wins in catfight.

APPARENTLY, this topic is TIMELESS. Why else would there not be a proper poll with an... EXPIRATION DATE!?

Bikini wrestling, Hilary? Bloody unlikely!!! (See Theron's bikini reference photo)
Lingerie catfight, Hilary? Narrowly. (See Theron's "2 Days in the Valley" lingerie reference)
Mini dresses/stockings catfight? Hilary wins (We'll give her one to appease her fans)
Fight is undecided? THE most likely outcome...given so many other "contests" are not even available for vote...

...for example:
Sexfight? (Theron, although Swank's cumming on at the climax)
Titfight? (Swank, no contest...really.)
Indian Leg Wrestling (Theron, wide!)
Italian Hair Pulling? (Swank's longer locks, lately, giver her an edge at this)
Toe Wrestling? (Theron, barely)
Thumb Wrestling? (again, Theron)
"other" (I'm calling this a tie....since I have no clue what YOU think it may be!)

Overall: Theron-6; Swank-3. Charlize is the CLEAR winner...IMHO!! (LOL)
