Following an anonymous tip, a casual reconnaissance by a regional Peacemaker (Hollywood) of a small, suburban community on the outskirts of Cleveland weeds out some illicit activity - the illegal cultivation of a strictly regulated and banned perennial , a rare and deadly Blood Orchid. Confiscating the blossom amidst the owner's blatant protests, the savvy patrolwoman proceeds to read hi the riot act. But the situation quickly turns dire,as she's suddenly accosted by not only the cantankerous caregiver, but also the hungry vines of the pernicious plant he intends to feed her to!
