Aishwarya: 40 Yrs, 58kg, 5ft 7 inches

Sweta: 39 Yrs, 59kg, 5ft 7 inches

Aishwarya looks fitter, whereas Sweta's weight looks more fat than muscle so I'd give it to aishwarya
