Over the last couple of days I had some issues with a couple of downloads from Lady Victoria's webstore, I just want to share with you lot that after I sent an email complaining, that I had an extremely fast response, the broken video was reuploaded within an hour fixed, and I was given another free download as compensation.
Other producers take note, too often over the years I've been left feeling not going to buy from them again, and they have lost my business.
