When Meghan Trainor (21) and Katy Perry (30) were guests on a TV talk show they parted on definitely not good terms.
Katy very decidedly criticised Meghan's hit single All About That Bass, telling her that it '....sends out the wrong message...' and that Meghan should '...stop telling people it's alright to be overweight...'.
Meghan took this very badly, calling Katy a 'jealous skinny bitch' who 'hardly even manages to sing through a song decently'.
Katy, infuriated, retaliated, ...Do you ever realise that your dancing can remind so much of the hippos in Disney cartoons?...'
Meghan, no longer able to hold herself back, got up, walked over to Katy, drew her arm back, and slammed her hand in Katy's face so hard that she tumbled out of her chair.
Meghan left the studio with her head held high while Katy, shaking with anger, struggled back on her feet and shouted after her, '...You crazy bitch, you're gonna regret this!!...'

This incident now has led up to consequences in which the two ladies will ultimately try to claim victory over each other.
Meghan still maintains that Katy can barely sing, while Katy claims to sing Meghan 'off the planet anytime', challenging her to a contest.
Meghan boasts of playing six instruments, mocking Katy, '...and where does that leave you, you untalented lightweight in every sense of the word?...'
Katy, feeling that she's losing ground while arguing with Meghan over her rival's musical education, is at least still convinced she's got the better style...'...Can you do anything at all apart from your weak 1950's retro attempts, huh? Anything original? You're as stale as five week old chicken soup, you disgusting blob! And don't forget you hit me in public - that's one fucking thing we're gonna fight out between us!'...

In Meghan's dressing room, Katy challenges Meghan to a cage fight with no rules, ominously predicting that she will '...kick and punch you [Meghan] to a pulp...'
Meghan laughs and replies, 'Y'know what, skinny bitch? That fight is on! And how about me showing you a taste of what awaits you right here and now, with an armwrestle?'
Katy walks over to a table, sits down in a chair and plants her elbow on the table top: 'Bring it on, fat bitch!'

Katy is lovely but she has fell out with the wrong woman in Meghan. She should have taken Meghan's hard slap as a warning and stayed out of the bigger woman's way. Katy will loose the arm wrestle and the cage fight but looks sexier in her outfit.

Not to argue but only to say what my own impression is - I don't agree with the above because I don't think Meghan is strong at all.
 I myself believe Meghan is just, well...chubby, without strength, endurance, or Katy's physical energy and fitness.
In a fight with Katy I see Meghan learning a hard lesson about not having a go at a girl like Katy who works out in the gym with a professional team and is seriously trained for running up and down a huge stage for two hours per night while singing.

Seems lots of people have different ideas on how the cage fight will end as the vote is pretty close...which is good as it makes it more interesting to talk about    my vote on Meghan winning came from thinking if she knocked Katy off her chair with just a slap what would a hard punch to her face do? If it put Katy on her back and Meghan sat astride her punching her face i don't think Katy could get her off. The longer the fight goes on the more it turns in Katy's favor though as like you say she is trained and much fitter. Go Meghan kick her butt lol

That slap caught her unprepared sitting cross legged, but now - she ...got up, already brushing off the dust - you hear her voice, you hear that sound, like thunder gonna shake the ground? She has got the eye of the tiger...

Meghan would try to sing for the first time, and fail again. She's cute though, trying so hard and not giving up. That album or what she calls it gave me the jitters though. I needed a good dose of Patty Griffin after that, strongly recommended by Katy Perry as an antidote. I know karaoke singers in the local bar who would win against Meghan. But I heard Katy for real, that's a different thing
