  • Hi, it's Katy Perry! ...you better be afraid.
Asked in an interview for the magazine 'HWT Healthy Woman Today' if she believes that supermodels who lead a very healthy lifestyle defy the progress of ageing better than other women Katy Perry (30) replied that she thinks such claims to be 'the wishful thinking of body obsessed females' - and confronted with the example of Elle Macpherson who at her age of (50) is still regarded as looking nearly as young as Katy the pop singer was noticeably nettled. Her reaction:

'I know she takes pride in her body and in her gym routine at her age, but, sorry, no, that lady couldn't compete with me.'

Elle Macpherson, feeling that Katy has challenged her in a derogative way, managed to have the magazine's following issue include her statement that

'Little Miss Perry should just try to compete with me and you'd see how I can make that girl caked in makeup who'd struggle to lift a bucket of water eat her words.'

At this, Katy unmistakably considered herself called out by Elle. She communicated to her that she won't be afraid of any challenge Elle wants to confront her with.

Elle, by then already determined to prove herself in a competition with Katy, told her she should name

'any number and style of challenges she wants to embarrass herself with by losing them to a woman twenty years older than her and capable of putting her across her knees to put a puny brat like her in her place'.

... ... ... ... ...

Katy has announced that she is now challenging Elle to a competition which includes the two women's performances in weight training and endurance in the gym, armwrestling, and a wrestling match on the mat.
Elle accepted, and while she and Katy directed more ridicule at each other they agreed that each woman can bring her friends along to watch and cheer, and that the media should be present to make Elle's and Katy's fight a public event.

Elle Macpherson: 'When it comes to good looks, attractiveness and sex appeal, Katy Perry is the typical trashy average girl - hyped up by the media - who could never stand the challenge of a test. Sorry, makeup-caked, puny little girl, you're no competition to me!'

{alt}
Katy Perry: 'Elle Macpherson is such an overrated, idiotically worshipped old hag! She may have been the supercool girl in the 1980s, but now she's a sad has-been. Where she brags about her muscles I'm gonna lift her off the ground, and where her talk about my looks is concerned - well, fucking excuse me: how many appointments of plastic surgery had she had to maintain her not-much-to-look-at-anyway appearance?'

Elle Macpherson: 50 years, 6'0", 60kg cup C

Katy Perry: 30 years, 5'8", 59kg, cup D

Elle from 20 years ago would most likely destroy Katy. However, now I give advantage to Ms. Perry. Not the easiest of wins, but I believe Katy would just outlast her rival, overpower her and finally apply the winning submission hold. A body triangle / rear naked choke combo sounds good to me.

I think what's so phenomenal about her is that Elle's age really doesn't seem to matter, she's still an intimidating opponent in a fight - she'd be so in real life, I believe. I thought it's a fairly equal fight though but it has soon turned into a non-competition thing almost where Elle is like an avalanche under which Katy seems to get buried. I think she'd put up a lot more of a fight, but at least I love the number of participants in the vote in a short time.

That's most likely because some folks here have multiple user ID's. There have been some really strange polls, where one of the contestants gets an incredibly high number of votes in a very, very short time. What can you do, they probably think it matters somehow, lol.

Wow, they must be the kind of kids who have serious fanbase wars on twitter over stars, you know what I mean?  :D Well with short time I meant a day at least, not really THAT short, but sometimes when I chose more obscure people, like, pop star gets wrestled by a fan she met, then the interest isn't that great and I struggle to get 15 voters in 3 days.
